Thoughts? I can't decide how I feel about it. Although, I will have to say Chelsea's request that Bill lose weight for the wedding was a bad call. He looks sick!
I don't like it.... I do like the belt thing (like Brittany mentions) but the bottom is too "froo froo" for me. hehe And yes, Bill looks gaunt. creepy!

I must say I love it. Its a little too ruffle-y for my personal taste, but I adore the sparkly belt!
