I am in the midst of planning a blog makeover and while messing around with my layout last night, I removed my
about me/view profile from the right hand side of my page. Now, I can't figure out how to put it back on. Anyone know how to fix that?? Thanks!

I'm not 100% sure without trying it, but I think that is technically a "gadget" that you can drag and drop there. You should be able to add it back by adding a gadget, and then choosing it from the list (at least from what I remember of my last makeover :)
